Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
It was very refreshing to use Sage compared to the old ERP. Being in the cloud makes it super-fast. Also, the cost code structure, makes it very easy to track projects, and to get a good grip of profitability. We utilize the AP and AR modules to the fullest and do a lot of automated actions with the customers and vendors.

- Some of the canned reports can't be modified.
- We work with a reseller for some basic reporting that should have been included.
- The support plan is pricey for all modifications.
- It has allowed us to track expenses more efficiently.
GL entries are easy to maintain and can be automated. Also, we have the ability to change certain aspects of the JE. AP also can automate, that way the bills are easy to track. In AR we are doing the monthly billing automated. Order Management, we do not automate most of the functions.
We do not utilize these functions.
