Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Sales Cloud
During my tenure at Yalo I used Salesforce Sales Cloud on a daily basis both as a sales rep and as a sales manager for the region. I used it to track and organize all my sales process with my prospects and clients in the Andean region.

- Highly customizable
- IA once available helps you automate much of the process
- Very difficult to set up and customize
- Not intuitive usually needs hundreds of hours of training and dedication
- Cost is high, and the more you use the more it costs
- Very high and unpredictable cost of ownership, real cost of ownership thus difficult to estimate ROI
- Improved our productivity per sales rep
- Information management and accountability impact on a sales team is high
- Complex to customize and to find the advanced features you want to use. Usually dependable of a salesforce administrator or IT
Have not used this part as much, very basic functions which really helped me save a lot of configuration, reporting and/or researching time.
Costly, larger time to market / value time, difficult and complex to set up and customize. But if you want highly customizable CRM and don´t care about user experience within a super large company Salesforce does the job well and the costs could be optimized as a larger corporation.
