Overall Satisfaction with SalesLoft
SalesLoft is being used by our sales organization as a dialer and email tracker as well as for sales engagement. We have multiple cadences set up for outbound efforts both for SDRs and AEs. All activity is also logged through SalesLoft. It helps us to stay organized in our outreach and follow up and provides reporting for management.

When we first started with SalesLoft, there was a piece of functionality that was promised to us that wasn't operational at the time our service began. They handled the situation very well and credited our account until the promised functionality was available. Our account manager was also very helpful through the onboarding process and made it pretty pain free.
