Overall Satisfaction with SalesLoft

My department uses SalesLoft as an efficient way to track and monitor BDRs' outreach to contacts. It solves the problem of an increased number of BDRs making email tracking, call recording, analytics, research (with various third-party apps like ZoomInfo, Hoover's, etc.) a difficult process for the managers, resulting in low visibility into-day to-day activities.
  • Integration with applications (info at hands)- Vidyards, Lusha etc
  • Email tracking, meeting booking (Cadence and Automation)
  • Operational and messaging alignment
  • Analytics- Cadences resulting in meetings/ response rate
  • Bugs like when we try to write email for new contact, it takes time
  • Integration with SF, makes browser slower?
  • Frequent updates
  • Inside sales/ BDR productivity increase
  • Emails relevant to the recent happenings of the org (from easy access of research, email IDs handy)
  • Understanding data and identifying pattern that can help us
Onboarding was good. Support during everyday glitches is also exceptional. I wouldn't want to write an incident but, must say that their customer journey and implementation journey is smooth. It's excellent if you're in US (EMEA might get some delays).
Easy Integrations with various tools (apps where we already had licenses).
Salesforce was straightforward, LinkedIn, Outlook, Vidyard etc
Pricing, Support, Flexibility, Responsiveness
Managing contact info and reachout is easy. [Well suited] for a holistic view of your accounts (research/ SF). BDRs and leads have a more organized approach.

Not suited for really small orgs looking for a tool for template-based (not customized) reachouts.
