SalesLoft is being used by the entire sales dept. The challenge is to touch as many prospects you can in a day/week/month. SalesLoft helps solve that challenge with email automation.
- Touch hundreds of prospects and customers a day.
- Automate a single message to numerous accounts in a day.
- Identifies who is reading your emails and how many times.
- When adding a contact to a cadence and you have it set up to send out the next day, there is no way to edit the email before it is sent out.
- New leads with SL has helped significantly. Even just getting intel on what organizations are using in our particular product market.
Their email support is great when running into issues with the tool. Specifically, I wasn't able to integrate with Salesforce, but that was solved pretty quickly by the SL team.
Just Microsoft Office, nothing competitive.
