The ultimate Travel and Expense companion. SAP Concur provides top notch pre travel budget requests, travel booking and management, expense reimbursement, corporate card reconciliation and reporting tools. Each product as unique as we are allowing us to customize each step with intent to improve the user experience and while capturing data with intent for business reporting.

SAP Concur's continued innovation and dedication to clients is outstanding. Year over year I see improvements where we ask for a feature and they provide it. Having partnered with the products for many years I have enjoyed seeing the products grow and expand to ease the challenges faced with travel and expense processing and reporting.

I enjoy the feed to and from SAP though I wish we would have initially found a way from cross company posting. Fortunately we are able to modify our setup to include this in the future. HRIS integrations are also a must have for any Travel & Expense program leader.

SAP Concur reporting has been the best tool to help our organization evolve, grow and adapt. Through assorted out of the box and customized reports and dashboards we can identify opportunities and adapt our system accordingly. These small changes can drive down costs and improve efficiency in our Travel and Expense program.
There are so many things SAP Concur Expense does to improve the experience of managing business expenses. Expense reports that auto create, receipt capture and expense creation, automatic itemization, self building corporate card reports the list goes on an on. Long gone are the days of manual expense reports, these things create themselves!
