Overall Satisfaction with SAP Master Data Governance

Currently using SAP Master Data Governance for material and customer Creation/Change process. Interface for users that are not SMEs is a little better and easier than standard ECC and SAP Master Data Governance allows us to build workflows for approvals for the entire process. The approval process is still somewhat complex to create new ones or change existing workflows and even changing approvers is not that simple. I would say the initial set up still takes some expert knowledge but once up and running the overall process is smooth and not very error prone.

Easier for end users than ECC and allows workflows but also more complex than standard ECC.
We did not use prebuilt models or rules.
We user for Customer and Material Master maintenance but have not expanded beyond that.
Integrate directly with ECC 6.0 on HANA.

Good if you want to create a standard process that follows a specific path of procedures and incorporates workflows into the process. You can also break apart objects like materials or customers into smaller chunks depending on what type of user is entering certain information. Still not the most intuitive design like most SAP products.
