Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

It helps integrate different modules seemleslly, the needs vary from DRTM , hire process and transforming them to reporting needs . Its a great a tool and my source of income so I love it!!

Workday works well in compensation modules , so depends on the module you are working and its very customizable based on clients needs
