Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

High amount of system landscape customization slows down the business - Focus goes on building a consolidated database to embrace harmonisation and standardisation across end2end HR processes and the enabling systems

I honestly would expect more integration in connecting also custom SAP HCM systems to SF - this is still very hard to do without any well-engineered standard-tools
Currently implementing EC for a small population of 15.000 users to head for a scalable model of imlementing. So far, PMGM and LMS is in place and we are striving for implementing the talent modules from 2025 on.
