- Helps find diverse candidates.
- Helps sort by years of experience.
- Allows you to add and exclude multiple companies, job titles, etc.
- Rather than shrinking candidates previously seen, have them not show up in the search.
- Highlight the words in the profile that correspond to the keyword search.
- Add a feature that filters by years of relevant experience, not just overall work experience.
- It helps me work more efficiently.
- It offers a wider range of candidates than other search engines.
