We use SharpSpring from Constant Contact to manage all our marketing contacts and communications, including email newsletters, drip campaigns, lead gen forms, marketing automations, retargeting ads, and website chatbot. We use it as a CRM and digital campaign tool for our marketing efforts across all our leads.
- Excellent campaign automation - for example, automatically sending emails and adding people to lists based on actions they take.
- Good lead gen forms, simple set-up.
- Good media center ability to create trackable links for resources so you can know whenever a lead views it.
- Landing page builder is abysmal, in my view. I believe it was virtually unusable, we build our own landing pages directly on our own website.
- Email designing / builder is a little difficult and not always intuitive.
- The ads management tool is a bit clunky.
- Forms and granular contact fields help with segmentation, which improves our marketing to audience subsets to improve our advertising ROI.
- Salesforce.com, Outreach and HubSpot CRM
SharpSpring from Constant Contact is more streamlined (and cost-effective), especially for smaller businesses that don't need all the complexity and confusion of bigger options like Salesforce.
