Overall Satisfaction with Shoutlet
Shoutlet was utilized for social posting and reporting across our entire company. It was ideal in keeping track of client goals as well as creating professional reporting to present to our clients. It's easy to use and learn, was constantly being updated with the ever changing industry and created aesthetically pleasing work for both our account managers as well as content strategists.

- Had to manually set the best time for it go out when a lot of other platforms have the capability to set the best posting time for you.

- Easier to fix problems because you get real-time results so you can update moving forward (no backlog).
- People are less likely to click on Shoutlet links instead of real links or bitlys. I think this probably had long term effects.
- SocialMadeSimple
Shoutlet is infinitely more advanced than SocialMadeSimple. It is a much more complex and in-depth platform. We actually changed to SocialMadeSimple after Shoutlet and I miss how easy to use and advanced it was in comparison. It was a money decision but if they were the same price, I would absolutely insist we go back.
