Within our organization SimilarWeb Pro is used mainly by the marketing department but also by the product department. The tool helps us identify which competitors' marketing efforts and website changes impact customer traffic and engagement. As a result, we can decide how to respond in terms of advertising, PR, CRM messaging and/or website changes to adapt to local market's preferences.

- Generate dashboards that are easy to use and provide a quick overview.
- Naturally, for smaller websites we have less confidence in user traffic numbers because they vary more month-over-month.
