Overall Satisfaction with Skype
We use Skype to engage customers virtually. Due to the pandemic access was curtailed and we needed to quickly adapt to the virtual world and Skype was 1 tool in our arsenal.

- We have continued to engage our customers through the pandemic.
- We were able to stay on message in a virtual environment.
- We closed sales without being F to F.
They are close but TEAMs had a wider adoption in the general community which led to us leaning on TEAMs a bit more.
