Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop
Splashtop helps us to help our Users by providing remote screensharing support for training, consultancy, installing software and general day-to-day queries. It is used across our organisation ad-hoc when Users call in or when we have pre-booked meetings for software installations, etc.
- Splashtop was easy for us to implement internally
- And it's easy for our Users to connect up
- The option to customise the end user download is also a nice touch to enforce our brand and encourage trust from our customers
- For what we use it for, I honestly can't think of one...
- It's cost less than half the price of a the competitive solution we previously used
- Instead of sharing licenses, we now all have a license to provide immediate support to customers when required
The solution provides all of the functionality we require when interacting day-to-day with our customers. Unfortunately I'm not qualified to comment on the robustness of the security, so can't comment there.
Within an hour - really very straightforward.
Yes - TeamViewer - expensive and contained functionality we really didn't need from a screensharing solution.
