I use Teamviewer to remote onto my colleagues computers in other cities and offices to help them install audiology software and fix IT issues with their computer. I do enjoy Teamviewer as it makes it easy to do this and I never have any issues.

8 pretty easy to implement. I had no issues. It was pretty straight forward and simple. If you have any issues they seem pretty easy to figure out how to get around. Teamviewer just downloads and installs on your computer and then you are good to use it. It would be nice to automatically remote into pcs that you have accessed before
Yes, HIPAA. We are an audiology clinic, so we need to abide by HIPAA policies, and we are able to use Teamviewer and still abide by HIPAA. HIPAA is a very important aspect of our business to abide by and it seems like Teamviewer allows us to always abide by HIPAA.
