We strive for service excellence in what we do. The TrustRadius platform is being used as one of the means to gain insights in customer feedback and experience of our global customers so we can both learn and grow our software and services. Customer reviews are also important to us for our business growth. The platform can provide widgets we use to share customer quotes and experience on our website as external third-party proof.
- Honest feedback platform! Not just "the good". This provides proper insight for customers who are evaluating options or selection shortlists.
- Dedicated CSM services to help you get more out of the platform and increase the number of reviews.
- Review syndication.
- Posting a review can be time consuming which sometimes works as an obstacle to finish the review. Full reviews which are completed do offer more insights to interested parties.
- Can't think of anymore yet. We are still learning and growing in this process internally.
- The TrustRadius TopRated badge has had a positive influence on our customers. It's external proof of of high quality services provided by customers themselves and confirmation that they are with the right vendor/partner to aid them in their core business challenges.
- TrustRadius has actively helped us grow our number of reviews in the last years. Our review total puts us now at the top in the field of ITSM combined with one of the highest rating averages.
So far the quality of the content has been good. It has provided us with insights in our product and service levels and has also been used to improve the odd situation at customers who should have had a better experience to start with that shared possible improvements in the review and were also open to follow up on that experience directly.
Custom questions have helped us get extra insights on topics that we perceive as differentiating. The results prove whether or not our customers or users perceive this as differentiating as well.
There are a lot of similarities between vendors with Review Platforms. They offer both free access and paid additional services to get more out of the platform. Compared to other vendors our collaboration with TrustRadius has been a deliberate one due to their high focus on integrity levels of their reviews to provide honest feedback and insights. Next to that TrustRadius also shows a public Cultural and Social Responsibility focus which is in line with our own company culture and goals.
The periodic CSM contact moments help in staying on track of goals to increase the amount of reviews and to do more with given insights. TrustRadius was also the first review platform on which we started to publicly thank and respond to the reviews. For one because the platform offers proper possibilities to do so (other platforms are less equipped for this or more difficult). They also provide guidance and best practices for this.
