Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro
We use UKG Pro for onboarding internal new hires, Processing Payroll, benefit integration with Plansource, BI Reporting, PTO Tracking/Managing, Reviews etc.
- Proving us with a very involved Executive Relationship Manager
- Working with us as a more team approach
- [A... I...] - incredible partner
- The ticket system - closing cases quicker
- UKG Pro provides so much info, that it's almost too much which makes everything more overwhelming. Simplifying would be so much nicer
- Housing Canada Payroll in UKG Pro is huge. One stop shop for all our reporting
- Being able to manage our tax accounts and back office business rules is really nice
Canada payroll! Moving Canada payroll into UKG Pro was a huge win and why we went to UKG Pro to begin with :)
The biggest win for me with UKG Pro is the excellent reporting functionality and being able to create instant checks/make previous quarter adjustments etc. Our ACH process has really changed for the better because of that.
