Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

We use UltiPro as a Human Resources and Payroll tool across our organization. It is helping us to streamline our processes during rapid growth and offers our employees self service thus helping us better serve our employees.
  • Very easy to use for employees - very little training curve.
  • Outstanding customer service! You will get answers quickly.
  • Many options to expand into as your company needs change.
  • Unable to make some changes on your own and must contact a rep.
  • Would like to see more customization options available.
UltiPro is very well suited to global and large organizations. Small organizations may struggle with the vastness of the product.
