Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

The tool is being used enterprise wide for employee self service. There is heavy usage for HR functions.

Asking about how many parties are needed to integrate different processes would be key during the selection process.

UltiPro Support

While UltiPro has no shortage of people to help, the biggest challenge is finding the right person for your question. The matrixed support system is difficult to navigate and often times you're left without an answer and still searching for someone else to help. The intentions are good but the way it's currently structured needs to be overhauled.
