We use UpLead to identify contact information for our B2B customers, who we then contact on behalf of our customers to set appointments and qualify opportunities.

Most of the database software that I've seen seems to be very similar in form and function. I believe that UpLead's superior customer support, specifically with my account representative, sets it apart from competition.
