I use Visdum to to manage sales commissions at my organization. Visdum integrates with our CRM and accounting systems to help with timely, accurate, and transparent payouts. Sales reps can easily review what contributes to their monthly pay. Visdum also simplifies the comprehension of the formulas used to calculate incentives for each deal.
- It automates the whole sales commissions process such that everyone saves time - Sales, Finance, and Operations.
- We can resolve commission related inquiries within Visdum. There is no need for us to use email or slack. This makes communication with the Finance team smooth.
- Visdum’s gamification feature is incredible - it motivates our reps to stay on top of their game consistently. The leaderboards are a huge hit on the sales floor.
- I would love to see some more flexibility around customization of reports.
- Visdum has had a positive impact on our overall business objectives by excelling in scenarios where incentive structures undergo frequent changes.
