I use Visdum to to manage sales commissions at my organization. Visdum integrates with our CRM and accounting systems to help with timely, accurate, and transparent payouts. Sales reps can easily review what contributes to their monthly pay. Visdum also simplifies the comprehension of the formulas used to calculate incentives for each deal.
  • It automates the whole sales commissions process such that everyone saves time - Sales, Finance, and Operations.
  • We can resolve commission related inquiries within Visdum. There is no need for us to use email or slack. This makes communication with the Finance team smooth.
  • Visdum’s gamification feature is incredible - it motivates our reps to stay on top of their game consistently. The leaderboards are a huge hit on the sales floor.
  • I would love to see some more flexibility around customization of reports.
It excels in scenarios where incentive structures are subject to frequent changes, as updates are promptly notified within the system. Visdum is also beneficial for accessing historical data, as it allows for downloading details from the previous year. Visdum saves a lot of time in process and commission computation vs what we used to do in excel sheets. No need to maintain data over drive. Historical reports can be pulled out. Best part is that all sales teams data whether their current and historical comp plans, quota and variable details, payout reports are available in one single system instead of sitting in silos it used to be when this process was manual.
