Overall Satisfaction with Webex Calling

I first used it to deliver induction training at my company for new starts coming into the buisness who would be training from their homes rather than coming into the office during covid.

This was amazing for the learners to feel connected and as one and almost as if they were not missing out by being at home and not in the office which is what our learners told us when we tried zoom
  • Creates an interactive safe collaboration space from home
  • allows learners the chance to attend from home when travel is not an option
  • Sharing screen and audio facilities are excellent
  • When the meeting is filled with a large group of people the picture quality drops
  • I'd like to see more interactive modes on there to use to bring training to life
  • More control as a presenter
  • It allowed me train and induct 93 new members of staff during the first 5 months of covid where we could not leave the house, the buisness spend alot of money on induction so the fact this went ahead saved us a fortune
  • It saves us on travel expenseves for UK wide meetings as we can log on Webex Calling from local sites or home
  • it can make people lazy and not willing to travel as they can just log on from home (albeit this isn't exactly a Webex issue)
I haven't combined any so unable to answer further on this one
Security is important, you can lock the meeting down to invite only which gives you security nobody random can join and listen to information shared, it gives me the opportunity to connect with our colleagues around Europe more often without having to rely on travel which is a massive positive and something we have never been able to do before
Webex Calling gives you the opportunity to run calls, meetings and training safely and securely, I would say teams is more of an everyday collaboration space for colleagues and business to share information and updates without the requirement to jump on a call everyday which is really beneficial to me and the organisation

I had a training group in and we were only 3 days in to a 4 week induction when lockdown hit, I used Webex Calling to conduct the training from home and it made sure this group were able to continue and not miss out on any training and still get paid during these difficult times
