Overall Satisfaction with Acquia DAM (Widen)

No login necessary makes it easier for non-desk workers to access video assets.
  • Company-wide leadership videos.
  • I don't like the new asset upload feature but Acquia DAM (Widen) keeps pushing this option every time I upload.
  • Video key frame options.
  • Support is generally good.
  • Increased efficiency in communication process.
There will be more video content in the future.
In the past, the keyframe was not updating and I had to contact support to fix this. Today it has improved and I no longer need to contact Acquia DAM (Widen) support.
Acquia DAM (Widen) is the central repository for all employee-relevant video content.
Google Drive doesn't allow one to replace the video key-frame. I would like to see some video metrics.

Great for company-wide video sharing. Would like to see the same metrics for video (eg mp4) as well as audio (eg mp3).
