Overall Satisfaction with Acquia DAM (Widen)
To collect images across University Schools and Centers of events, and stock imagery. A problem we previously, and currently still have, was many other departments placing images in various accounts (ie. Flickr, Shutterstock, SmugMug, etc.). This makes it hard to find updated images and extends the time it takes to find these resources. We also found it difficult to search for specific items, which has been solved with Acquia DAM (Widen).
- Search functionality
- Organizing images into appropriate buckets
- Ability to set security on certain images use cases
- Training
- User group for our organization
- Faster image sharing
As one who requests and uses images, it is great to see the allowed purpose and restrictions. I do wish I could see other members' downloads or use cases easier when selecting images.
