Overall Satisfaction with Wistia
We use it to educate and communicate our value in sales and partner development cycles. It addresses both the identification of our target demographic and also the amount of energy it takes to train somebody in person. It has been an effective tool in spreading awareness of our solutions in a scalable fashion.

Vidyard was much more expensive even though it has tighter integration with HubSpot. This put Wistia in a better category from a cost perspective because most of the heavy lifting with automation is handled on the HubSpot side of things. Vidyard also felt like it was geared to direct prospecting, which was not our business model.
