Overall Satisfaction with Xactly Incent
We use Xactly incent on a daily basis to calculate commissions, view sales compensation statements and to audit the pay to % and $ amounts. Our entire team loves Xactly and we all are so dependent on it that we feel as though we cannot perform our commission department duties without it.
- Detailed commission statements that can be customized to your sales org needs.
- Drill down capabilities.
- Accurate calculations and dependable server support.
- During annual planning and updates it would be great if Xactly sent over a business analyst to help.
- Customer support is not very helpful, after several voicemails they respond and always give us the same answer that they are working on our ticket.
- Smaller team size due to quicker work processes.
- Accuracy has increased.
