One reviewing platform that does it all

We use Ziflow for proofing videos. Ziflow helps keep projects organized and helps with the internal and external reviews of our videos. By using Ziflow we are able to stay organized within the filing system the software creates. Not only are we able to internally review our projects but we are able to share the projects with our clients. This makes it easy for reviewing, commenting, and approving our videos.

Ziflow helps keep our projects organized. In turn, this helps us be better with our time management and reviewing process. One thing I really like about Ziflow is the ability to have multiple different stages within reviewing. That way we can start with an internal review, and once that is approved send it out to our clients, and from there was can add more stages to get one eye on the project.

Ziflow's online proofing and collaboration really helps keep everyone in the loop and on the same page. We are able to make comments and suggest edits right on one platform. Another thing to note is when multiple different people are reviewing a video we are able to see who exactly is commenting and leaving notes.
