Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo Sales

We used ZoomInfo Sales to understand how we can find out who key decision makers are and where they stand in their buyer journey using the Buyer Intent feature. This helps us sharpen our ABM.

Audience Strength under Buyer Intent and Website Visitor Tracking is a good proxy to understand how interested the org is as a whole in our product/service,

Due to changes in designations and hierarchies across orgs, the org chart helps us understand who we need to go after because designation isn't always indicative of whether they are the buyer or not.

For our sales team. Through ABM when we know which company has visited it can be easy for them to use ZoomInfo Sales to identify the decision maker and start a conversation.

It does not help us run ABM campaigns today on an SME base due to limited information on that base.
