Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo SalesOS
We use SalesOS to enhance existing data and surface new prospects. This is done by enriching data for one off lists to better understand certain customer segments and prospects, creating target account lists, alerting sales users to news from prospect accounts (Scoops), identifying prospects that use competitors, and finding new prospects to reach out to.

We use the Scoops feature for alerting sales reps to news about accounts they are working. ZoomInfo's competitive intelligence is also something we've leveraged.
