Overall Satisfaction with Influitive
We use Influitive as a VIP advocate community to nurture, reward and lean in to our customers to provide insights we can then provide back to our marketing, product and research teams for various purposes. We primarily use our "hub" as a professional development perk for our paid advocates in our two primary customer groups. These "ambassadors" assist us with a variety of activity and give us valuable insights. In turn, our goal is to retain these high value customer by regularly providing access to free and early resources that make their jobs easier, plus opportunities for them to connect with like-minded folks in their industry across the country to share tips and tricks. Through this community, we always have a quick way to source testimonials, quick insights and hand-raisers for focus groups/events/speakers. We're also able to provide a business case to senior leadership that long-term investment in retention tactics have ROI value.
- Excellent customization abilities including branding, integrations and creative, fully-built out campaigns. This makes it really easy to build a community specific to your industry and needs. Plus, Influitive provides fun campaign template when you're short on creativity.
- When you purchase Influitive, you're invited to join the Influitive VIP community for product updates, free resources and events and access to your own community of like-minded advocacy marketers to learn from. This has been surprisingly helpful even as my role has changed and I now spend less time directly managing our Influitive platform.
- The ability to track and group your community members is helpful for segmentation, providing customers with a tailored experience and locating specific members for any given reason.
- The Admin view is not as intuitive as the user view and the functionality just isn't as great. I wish it had almost the same layout/interface as how the customer sees it so I didn't have to constantly enter Preview mode.
- I wish there were more included integrations in the regular Influitive package.
- Increased social proof is definitely a big one as this pertains specifically to my role. I've moved my program from collecting testimonials, case studies, success stories, etc. in a somewhat random, happen-stance way to primarily (90%) drawing from our Influitive members.
Yes to both of these. As stated before, these are the primary ways we lean on Influitive as part of our "long" game to retain customers...by prioritizing our star customers who have already been promoting us to their own personal networks since Day 1. Influitive just gives them an easier way to do so.
