I believe my specific experience may not be reflective of the overall brand. Much of the material we covered was "basic 101" level concepts. So these courses might be better suited for newer, less experienced teams. Or more accurately, folks who might be newer to the workforce. There was mention that there are other courses which are more specially tailored to issues faced by individuals deeper into their careers, however I was not inspired enough after the first couple classes to consider them.

Alconost responds quickly to our requests and has constant follow-up and precise deadlines. Our business is B2-B focused and their team has translated accurately many of our requests. Also, they adapted their deliverables to our model, meaning, they translated the documents we asked for, respecting our guidelines instead of imposing theirs.

• Our instructor just seemed to be going through the motions - has previously heard good reviews for this instructor so this was a disappointment.
• Some of the lessons were 'obvious' and/or 'corny'.
• I felt as though I received very little benefit from the overall experience.

• (Negative) It was scheduled during one of the busiest weeks of the year - drawing technical resources away from revenue generating activities.
