I believe my specific experience may not be reflective of the overall brand. Much of the material we covered was "basic 101" level concepts. So these courses might be better suited for newer, less experienced teams. Or more accurately, folks who might be newer to the workforce. There was mention that there are other courses which are more specially tailored to issues faced by individuals deeper into their careers, however I was not inspired enough after the first couple classes to consider them.

Cisco Customer Success Manager is the best way to provide excellent room to the customers for giving feedback and accordingly get the best services. it is a pride to have this certification active in the company. This is the way you do customer service. it is a word in it and it's all about customer satifactions.

  • Our instructor just seemed to be going through the motions - has previously heard good reviews for this instructor so this was a disappointment.
  • Some of the lessons were 'obvious' and/or 'corny'.
  • I felt as though I received very little benefit from the overall experience.
