360training.com vs. Intertek Alchemy

Terrible experience. The course repeated itself with different answers to the same question multiple times. Additionally in my state, TX, the approved provider (in this case 360training.com) has 10 calendar days to submit my completion certificate. They never sent it. Essentially, they took my money and did not report. So to me that sounds like theft of services. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR CONTINUING EDUCATION OF ANY SORT. There are no repercussions and now I'll have to fight the charge on my cc as well as re-take the course with another provider in order to keep my license current.

It makes safety training so much easier for our employees and keeps them involved with the questions throughout the training.

I only chose this company bc they were high in the google search. BIG MISTAKE!
