Overall Satisfaction with Alchemy

Alchemy is being used organization wide for a variety of different trainings and refresher courses.

Pros

  • Supervisor sign off on competencies

Cons

  • Better integration with HCM
  • Coach

  • Creator
  • All trainings for the company are in one place.
  • We can have managers sign off on completion of skills.
