• More automation with the abstracting of the leases

The program is user friendly. The reporting function works well with our month end process.

• The calculation for ASC842 is the major reason we are using Trullion, this works well.
• The ease of adding new leases is a positive.
• The idea of having all leases in one spot as opposed to having to search through shared drives and folders.
