Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Trullion is the keeper of all of our leases for property and equipment. We use Trullion to book out monthly JE's according to ASC 842.

Pros

  • One stop shop to hold our lease documents
  • Notifies us when leases are due for renewal
  • Provides our monthly JE's to keep us in accordance with ASC842

Cons

  • More automation with the abstracting of the leases
  • More automated messages when something gets added
  • Little more user friendly in the format

Return on Investment

  • The calculation for ASC842 is the major reason we are using Trullion, this works well.
  • The ease of adding new leases is a positive.
  • The idea of having all leases in one spot as opposed to having to search through shared drives and folders.
