• because the system manages huge amounts of data, it requires operators to be highly familiar with the user interface
• user interface not always intuitive to beginner users
• better integration with Active Directory

I get quick and timely resolution to my issues. I usually find the problems are operator error, but we occasionally find bugs that are quickly remedied.

We underwent a comprehensive business requirement assessment and evaluated dozens of packages, narrowing down to a final three. One critical requirement was the need to pass clock in/out activity as well as payrate information between the Time and Attendance software and our ERP systems. We finally evaluated 3 top contenders, and unanimously selected ClockView.

• Infinitely better management of employee labor hours
• Improved processes for electronically submitting and routing time off requests, with better management of earned benefits
• Exponentially improved reporting on employee status, turnover reporting, census tracking.
