AddEvent vs. Let's Calendar

I think it is well suited for what we use it for and it has helped establish our organization as a leader in the industry because we help other businesses promote their events as well as let potential attendees know what is going on in the industry. I'm not sure how it's not appropriate? It's a pretty unique tool that's unlike anything else we looked at

A solid B, with potential to hop into a B/B+ Why ... 1) the learning curve could be improved with less IT/techno-speak yet we DID have our FTE VA grasp things fairly quickly overall, so awareness to this is key for any organization. 2) The need to involve outside IT support ( aka frac CIO/CTO ) could be a sign of building more ties with other software/SaaS type providers rather than depending on people to be programming specialists and/or needing to use 3rd party tools like Make/Zapier.

I forgot what else we looked at but we the features we liked best about AddEvent was that we could add pictures, flyers, and send RSVP's directly to the event organizers
