ADP Comprehensive Services vs. Super Virtuals

The skillset of the representatives is all over the place. You may get two different answers to the same question depending on who you speak with. There seems to be high turnover with the payroll rep, ours keeps changing sometimes without notice. Our HR business partner has been the same for over a decade and she is great.

If you are caught up with admin work and are sitting too long on your computer to finish a ton of minute tasks--- keeping you away from more important things to do... it's about the right time to have a conversation with someone from Super Virtuals. Now after having an assistant from Super Virtuals, I can go out and focus more on meeting people and engaging with the community. I do not have to worry about data anymore since I can depend on someone who is capable of sorting things out when needed. Having someone on call to troubleshoot stuff is really great!

• Super Virtuals has done an excellent job in finding the right people for my organization's needs.
• Their ongoing support is next-level. They always see to it that I am well taken cared of and well-supported.
• They always deliver quality service.

• The file feeds that go over to the carriers. We are constantly finding errors on employee benefits. We consistently have to "babysit" to catch errors.
• The cases under the support section. They're difficult to read and ADP Comprehensive Services can be very slow to respond. If we call the MyLife Advisors, we typically get someone who isn't even in this country and can not answer our questions.
• When an ADP Comprehensive Services rep has to go into the system and "fix" something, or when there is an update, it seems like more errors are created in another area.

• They should also consider adding other options such as project-based plans to their packages

I continue to be pleased with ADP and they rate well above the others in my eyes.

Super Virtuals provide ongoing support for both the VA and and the client. They see to it that everything fits perfectly. Their pricing is also out-of-this-world cheap! They also do support group meetings with the clients on a weekly basis to check on how things are going, and quickly address the concerns of their clients.
