Overall Satisfaction with Super Virtuals

While GoHire gave me a lot of options, it would still be difficult for me to choose among them. I don't have the time to interview, vet, and evaluate many people just to find the right person for the job. Super Virtuals made it easier by introducing me to one who can do exactly what I need. I just don't get how they did it!
If you are caught up with admin work and are sitting too long on your computer to finish a ton of minute tasks--- keeping you away from more important things to do... it's about the right time to have a conversation with someone from Super Virtuals. Now after having an assistant from Super Virtuals, I can go out and focus more on meeting people and engaging with the community. I do not have to worry about data anymore since I can depend on someone who is capable of sorting things out when needed. Having someone on call to troubleshoot stuff is really great!

Relationship with Super Virtuals

They clearly understood my needs and were able to come up with a solution on how to address them. It didn't take them a long time to find someone to work with me... and it doesn't even have to be in an office setting! I still can't believe they pulled it off.
The ongoing support and development from the management team of Super Virtuals are superb. They have very dedicated success managers who check in from time to time, ensuring that everything goes well. I feel so supported from the sale, up until now. They are not like the others who disappear after closing the sale!
Though I haven't hired using their full packages, I was able to acquire an assistant for who I can pay for each task done. This made it more cost-efficient for our organization since we are a nonprofit, and are only relying on donations for funding. Everything has been going well so far.
Communication is really important, especially when addressing your needs. Transparency is also necessary so that, when the time comes that you'll need help, it will be easier to figure out what went wrong and come up with a solution. Just tell them what you want and what you are having difficulties with, and they will make things easier for you.
