  • Sometimes it stuck while using it and there should be more adjustments and custom reports when it comes to reporting the results
  • Chrome extension is not somehow working properly. happened to me twice and then it was resolved. Annoying when you have to wait

Adzooma has a solid team but their team works in UK time zone so it's hard to get in touch with them. Usually, they are helpful but sometimes they're not. They won't know what problems you have and might ignore you on that. Their support has been decent in updating and fixing bugs at a good rate.
