It is excellent for account opening, document aggregation and storage, tracking and correspondence. It is lacking in its interface and is often not intuitive or user friendly. I have had difficulty running specialized reports in the past and have had to call customer service for issues that should be easy to solve on one's own. There sometimes be a tremendous delay when interfacing with other programs like Microsoft Word.

• Outlook Plug-in. currently it is a two step process. Ideally, drag and move emails to each activity or client would be a real time saver.

• The interface could be more user friendly
• Some of its functionality is hard to use and/or hard to find
• There are alot of field that we do not use that do not appear to be able to be deleted
• It can sometimes be difficult to add new functionality

AgencyBloc is so easy to use. User Friendly. Easy navigation between tabs. Information is readily available and not buried under deep information tree. It is probably the best system for small agency

While we have considered making a change we did not see the merit in considering any other companies. Additionally, the pricing is so attractive it is hard for other companies to compete for our business. At no point in the last 10 years have we seriously considered making a change

• Most Agency Management systems are expensive. AgencyBloc is really affordable.
