akaLink vs. Votigo

If you want a fully integrated and customized solution Votigo is the way to go. But it is not a cheap or fast option. If you can work within the self service template it can be a fast, inexpensive option.

• Votigo is flexibile with program implementation and customization. Project for 3M
• Votigo is a always timely with follow up and technical support and resolution

• I wish we had more flexibility with the design options like CSS and HTML at the lower cost self service option.
• I wish the API option was less expensive or had more flexabilty in the design
• Please remove the Votigo branding for the self service solution. I would be willing to pay more but not a lot more.

For a custom or API implementation I think it is a great option and they have great customer service. The self service option is too rigid and I need more application options and design customization

• It is a great solution but I now see a lot of other products with more advanced reporting and lower costs.
