Pros
- Worked with Votigo on large cause marketing campaign for Citgo Oil. Great customer service!
- Votigo is flexibile with program implementation and customization. Project for 3M
- Votigo is a always timely with follow up and technical support and resolution
Cons
- I wish we had more flexibility with the design options like CSS and HTML at the lower cost self service option.
- I wish the API option was less expensive or had more flexabilty in the design
- Please remove the Votigo branding for the self service solution. I would be willing to pay more but not a lot more.
Return on Investment
- It is a great solution but I now see a lot of other products with more advanced reporting and lower costs.
