Altova SurveyMaker vs. TeamDecision by DevSamurai

For employee engagement, where you want to learn their complaints or business demands, Altova SurveyMaker will help you. Further, for a comprehensive market research, where clients are many and in different locations, Altova SurveyMaker will act as a suitable data collection tool. The analytical part is also well developed, as there are APIs, working in hand with the tool for reliable reporting.

Altova SurveyMaker support is not the best, but sometimes the customer help is ready to help. I would suggest that the developer establish better means of communication between the software users and the customer help or the technical department, so that when a challenge comes, an immediate solution is found.
