  • Event Registration - you can control ticket numbers, prices for members and non-members. You can also sort event tickets by category (i.e., sponsor or attendee).
  • Support Team - when you submit a ticket for support you can expect a response within an hour. They also have a live chat everyday at 3 PM.
  • Training - there are hundreds of videos and tutorials on how to do everything instead of waiting for an implementation advisor to instruct you.

  • Native email marketing system lacks analytics that I'm looking for.
  • Unable to use events module with 3rd party registration platforms.
