Overall Satisfaction with YourMembership

YourMembership is a portal for all membership information for our association. We utilize the front end for general information, but mainly event registration. We can easily advertise and promote our upcoming events and our members have the ability to register online.

On the back-end, our team uses this as a membership portal. We are able to track who is and isn't a member as well as access valuable contact information and see when their membership needs to be renewed. For our members, they can login and receive more "member-only" information and event pricing.
  • Event Registration - you can control ticket numbers, prices for members and non-members. You can also sort event tickets by category (i.e., sponsor or attendee).
  • Support Team - when you submit a ticket for support you can expect a response within an hour. They also have a live chat everyday at 3 PM.
  • Training - there are hundreds of videos and tutorials on how to do everything instead of waiting for an implementation advisor to instruct you.
  • Building Your Website - they can only do so much for you, other than that you are on your own. You have to teach yourself how to get things done via tutorials and videos.
  • So many functions - there is A LOT of capabilities on this software, however i feel like it is impossible to figure out everything that you can use. Once again, it goes back to having to play support team for yourself.
  • Allowed us to interact with our members and potential members by using "member-only features".
  • Event registration has sky-rocketed by giving our members the ability to do business online.
The back-end of the website is great. Being able to manage your members' information and see who is and is not a member is important to us and used every day. However, getting this website and software launched took some time since it is mostly "do-it-yourself" with weekly check-in calls with your implementation manager.
