Datto has been the best so far for backing up servers. Support is quick to resolve issues, and the Code Red team during recovery is calming during the whole process. Recovery is easy to do and does not require reaching out to support for a hidden method to get the recovery to work

  • We are able to offer our customers a relatively inexpensive offsite data storage option that can also act as a stop-gap if they were to have major hardware failures
  • we have not had any negative impacts from Datto
  • The ease of installation/setup of Datto Alto has enabled us to mail out the device to a customer and have them plug it into their network to save us time delivering and setting up if the customer was a long distance from us.
